This year's ferfi collection was born in the communist era II. World War II Yugoslav memorial statues inspireds. The 60-70-es years monumentalist concrete abstract sculptureai appear in graphical transcription on t-shirts, canvas bags and graphicson.
The sculptures appearing in the work are all located in the territory of the former Yugoslavia, where our designer Zita Majoros also comes from. With the collection, Zita not only pays tribute to her origin, but also commemorates a country that no longer exists today, of which she still feels herself a citizen.
When the collection was born, Kosmaj and Kozara were chosen as designers. Both memorials were the site of important Yugoslav revolutionary battles. The Kozara monument depicts the battle between darkness and light, while the Kosmaj statue represents the spark of revolution and freedom. The sharp shapes in the graphics are softened by free-flowing brushstrokes.
In addition to organic cotton t-shirts and sweaters, the collection consists of recycled cotton knitted turtlenecks and bomber jackets, as well as comfortable cotton pants. View products
