If you think the crooked evenings are the whims of the lazy and they are of no use, you are very much mistaken. If only for a short time, but everyone needs regular self-care. A quality recreation recharges both physically and mentally, so you can avoid the overflow of everyday life. Let's see what supplements you can use to make idleness even sweeter!
1.) Immerse yourself in the softest materials!
Choose your favorite home set in which you feel most comfortable! If you were asked, the perfect relaxing look is a warm wool sock , a comfortable warmer , a silky feel tencel top and an extra layer of cardigan stands. Most of the materials we use are so soft that they come up with a hug.
Compose the softness around you too! It’s a bit like building a bunker in the middle of the room as a kid, look at it as a toy! Whether you’re planning to relax on the couch or in bed, it doesn’t hurt to have one or two - or plenty - of pillows around you. We have a screen-printed pillowcase for every interior, choose to your liking!
The blanket is an indispensable accessory for noisy evenings. For the winter season, we also dreamed up our own version of recycled cotton yarn with screen-printed Formes sewing in five colors.
2.) Don't forget about the garnish!
Now that you've built your own little world, the garnish may come. Since the leak of the Danish hygge approach into the public consciousness, we know that candles are almost as important as the blanket. Their flame has been proven to have a calming effect and will simply make your environment cozy. In the webshop you will find scented beeswax candles or canola wax dinner and block candles . All three are environmentally friendly and drip-free.
Don't forget your favorite drink, hot chocolate or a warming tea can come in your favorite mug , or even a glass of fragrant wine! You can make small snacks for yourself, but take the time to serve up as if you were just like someone else.
3.) What are you reading?
Reading is one of the most relaxing fun, but if you just feel like you don't have that much capacity left, movies and series can come. Feel free to pick up your unacceptable favorites too, once you feel the need to do so now. When was the last time you listened to music without doing anything else? Put yourself in complete comfort, close your eyes and listen carefully to your favorites, you will see how different it will be! You can choose a completely different program: anything from nail painting to coloring to drawing will do it if you can slow down.
+1) Put your thoughts on paper!
We thought the booklets were on the list too, because whatever recreation you choose, it's always helpful to empty your head in the meantime. When you spend time with yourself, thoughts can be more zealous, so we advise you to write them out for yourself, whatever it is! It doesn’t have to be a world-saving thought, no one will watch it. You can even put on paper how delicious the fruit plate you made for yourself or how cheap the film you are watching is full of.
