What form of payment do you accept?

You can pay with our card via our SimplePay (OTPMobil) service - we can accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro bank cards. You can also choose a simple PayPal payment method.

Where are you going?

We deliver to Hungarian and European addresses.

What shipping costs do I have to reckon with?

The delivery fee is free of charge for purchases over HUF 1,300 gross in Hungary, HUF 5,000 gross and HUF 40,000 gross abroad. As soon as you arrive to finalize your payment, you will already see the cost of shipping.

How long does it take to ship my order? Who will ship my package?

At the moment we use the service of GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logismi Kft., which is fast and secure. We will prepare the orders received by us within 2-4 working days at the latest. We'll also let you know by email if we want to share any important information with you. Your package will be delivered within 1-2 working days, but not more than 3 working days.

Is it possible to receive in person?

Yes. You can pick up the ordered product (s) in person at our store, of course we will not charge any fees. We will notify you by email as soon as we have placed your order. You can pick up your order at any time during business hours.

Replacement and Redemption Guarantee

Can I return a product? Can it be replaced if the size is incorrect?

We can only be truly satisfied with you and our products. You can get a 30-day money back guarantee and you can exchange it during this time if you return the product to our address in its original condition. In the above cases, we will not be able to take over your shipping costs. Please be sure to contact us by email before sending the package. If you cancel your purchase, we will only be able to refund the price of the product.

So, follow these steps:

  2. Add your package to the following address:

  3. As soon as the returned product arrives, we will ship your new package according to the pre-agreed terms or refund the price of the product if you choose to repurchase it.

If we made a mistake or the product arrived in a damaged condition, please write to store @ printa.hu and we will do our best to correct the error. Our main goal is to make you happy with your purchase, so we're working to find the best solution to any problem you may have.
