Detailed presentation of project content:
Printa Kft. has embarked on a serious innovation development, which it can implement with the help of European Union support.
Printa Trading and Service Ltd. has received a non-refundable grant of HUF 38.27 million under the Economic Development and Innovation Operative Program Plus, which it will use to develop its production and marketing processes for outerwear products.
Within the framework of the project, the company is implementing innovation in two main areas: by automating production processes and modernizing marketing activities. The Budapest-based company aims to increase production efficiency and improve quality by introducing digital technology tools. Current production processes are predominantly based on manual work: patterns are made on paper, fabrics are processed by hand cutting and sewing, and colors are mixed manually during pattern making. This approach is prone to frequent errors, especially in the area of color consistency.
The project will introduce digital design technology, which will enable accurate, digital production and printing of tailoring patterns. In parallel, digital color mixing technology will be installed, which will ensure color consistency, thereby improving the quality of the final products. The new systems will not only increase the speed and accuracy of the production process, but also reduce waste, as less scrap is generated and raw materials can be used more economically.
As part of the project, the company is also preparing to introduce the ISO 9001 quality management system. With this step, Printa Kft. aims to achieve an even higher level of customer satisfaction.
The development of the marketing area also plays a prominent role in the project. The company's goal is to create and implement a professional, unified visual identity that will enable more effective communication in the domestic market. Through the unified identity, the company can more effectively address its target groups and authentically convey its sustainability values, thus supporting brand building and expanding its customer base.
The project began on March 21, 2025, and is planned to be implemented by June 30, 2026. The developments will not only increase the operational efficiency of the enterprise, but will also contribute to strengthening the innovation capacity of the domestic SME sector in the long term.
