Detailed description of the project content:
Printa Kft. has embarked on a significant innovation development, which it can realize with the help of European Union support.
Printa Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. has received 38.27 million Forints in non-repayable support within the framework of the Economic Development and Innovation Operative Program Plus, which it will use to develop its production and marketing processes for manufacturing outerwear products.
Within the framework of the project, the company will implement innovation in two main areas: the automation of production processes and the modernization of marketing activities. The goal of the Budapest-based company is to increase production efficiency and improve quality by introducing digital technological tools. Current manufacturing processes are predominantly based on manual labor: patterns are made on paper, fabrics are cut and sewn by hand, and colors are mixed manually during patterning. This approach often carries a risk of errors, especially in terms of color consistency.
Within the framework of the project, digital design technology will be introduced, allowing for the precise, digital creation and printing of patterns. Simultaneously, digital color mixing technology will also be implemented, ensuring color uniformity and thereby improving the quality of the final products. The new systems will not only increase the speed and accuracy of the production process but also reduce waste, as less scrap will be generated, and raw materials can be utilized more economically.
As part of the project, the company is also preparing for the introduction of the ISO 9001 quality management system. With this step, Printa Kft. aims to achieve an even higher level of customer satisfaction.
The development of the marketing area also plays a prominent role in the project. The company aims to create and implement a professional, unified visual identity that enables more effective communication in the domestic market. Through a unified image, the company can more effectively reach its target groups and credibly convey its sustainability values, thereby supporting brand building and expanding its customer base.
The project started on March 21, 2025, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026. The developments will not only increase the operational efficiency of the company but will also contribute in the long term to strengthening the innovation capacity of the domestic SME sector.
The project was realized with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the Hungarian state.
